DOCUMENTATION RELEVANT TO ESTABLISHMENT/VEHICLE   A file will be kept at the Directorate of Prevention / the prevention sections in governorates or regions for every establishment/ vehicle to contain documents about everything in relation to it. The documents include but are not restricted to: Ownership Permits issued by authorities concerned Drawings and plans of the establishment Reports of regular visits Violations Administrative correspondence
