An application for this purpose must be filled in by the
consultants and must be enclosed with the following documents:
Copy of the title deed or lease agreement and approval from
the authorities concerned, provided that the plot must be
mentioned as industrial
Copy of the surveyor’s sketch
Copy of the industrial permit, and the commercial registration
from the Ministry of Commerce &Industry
Copy of the environmental permit issued by the Ministry of
Regional Municipalities, Environment and Water Resources
Information in writing about the factory, its operation, the
primary materials, the stages of processing, and the storage
of materials at the factory buildings
A sketch plan of the project indicating the built area,
neighborhoods and heights of the constructions, to ensure that
the safety norms are satisfied
Following the initial agreement of the plan, the consultants
must produce five copies thereof for approval. An initial
approval shall be given for implementation of the project.
