APPLICATION PROCEDURE
FOR FINAL APPROVAL OF INDUSTRIAL PROJECT
An application for this purpose will be filled in by the
consultants and shall be enclosed with the following
documents:
Copy of the marketing authorization given by the Civil Defence
to the supplier of the safety equipment installed at the
facility
Copy of the Civil Defence’s license of practicing the business
of installation of equipment
A certificate or letter confirming that the equipment
installed at the facility are tested by licensed company
Information about the contractor (name & address). The site
will be visited by the Civil Defence staff to ensure that
safety standards are satisfied, and to give their final
approval
Note: Certain fees are legally fixed for the above services,
and by law the Civil Defence has the right to review these
fees.
