A letter from the applicant to the Directorate General of
Traffic if the business is within the geographical limits of
Muscat Governorate, or to the regional police headquarters if
it is within the geographical limits of a regional police
command. The following documents must been closed:

Copy of the plot’s title deed

Copy of the lease agreement
-
Copy of the commercial registration
-
Copy of the passport and identity card
From the directorate of traffic at the regional police
headquarters the applicant will be referred to the Directorate
of Prevention/the prevention section at the
governorate/region.
The Civil Defence personnel coordinate with the applicant to
visit the site, inspect the place and make certain that it is
consistent to standards. The applicant will be given an
initial approval and a list of the requirements to be
implemented. After implementation of the requirements, the
applicant informs the Civil Defence in order to make a final
visit to the site. If these safety requirements are completed,
the Directorate General of Traffic or the regional police
command will be informed accordingly. |
