By Civil Defence Law the Civil Defence staff are empowered to
take administrative actions as follows in case of violations:
In case of discovering any violation to the standard safety
norms, a violation will be put down in the proper form. The
establishment or vehicle involved must report within a
specified period to the Directorate of Prevention / the
prevention sections in governorates or regions for settlement
of the case.
If the violation is established, the violator will be required
to pay a fine and remove the subject of the violation.
If the violator refuses to pay the fine, a suit will be lodged
against them at the Public Prosecution in order to refer the
case to the authorities concerned.
