Fire Crackers

With the advent of Eid Al Fitr which is normally associated with the use of fire crackers (Fatak), which jeopardises Public Safety.  Royal Oman Police hereby announces that it will pursue people who are smuggling and selling fire crackers (Fatak).  ROP will take legal action against violators including bringing them before specialized courts of law.

Regarding this matter, ROP is requesting the parents to watch, advise and inform their children about the risks involved with the use of fire crackers.
