1. Unsponsored businesspersons who are nationals of countries as specified by the Competent Authority. The visa is available at all ports of entry and at Oman’s missions abroad in coordination with the Competent Authority where necessary. It is valid for use anytime within a period not less than six months and not more than one year, and the holder is eligible to stay in the country for a period of not more than 3 months in each visit.
2. Sponsored businessperson at the request of a company or a business and under their responsibility as a local sponsor. The visa is valid for use anytime within a period not less than six months and not more than one year, and the holder is eligible to stay in the country for a period of not more than 3 months in each visit.
3. A foreigner who has purchased a land plot or a built plot in an integrated tourist complex but has not completed the registration procedures. The visa can also be granted to any of their first-degree family members, and to the legal representative (maximum two natural persons) of the judicial person, who is the purchaser of the facility. It is valid for a period not less than six months and not more than one year, extendable for a similar period and the holder is eligible to enter the country within the period of its validity.The visa is valid for stay in the country for a period of not more than 3 months in each visit.
4. Citizens of the United State of America are eligible for a one-year multi-entry tourist visa for fifty Omani Rials (R.O. 50). This visa allows its holder to stay in Oman for 30 days on each visit. It is available either online or upon arrival at a legal port of entry.
5. US citizens are also eligible for a 2-year multi-entry visa for tourism or business for fifty Omani Rials (R.O. 50). This visa allows its holder to stay in Oman for three months on each visit. It is available upon arrival at any legal port of entry.

• The applicant is required to substantiate that they are businessperson.

• An electronic application form available on the Royal Oman police site (www.rop.gov.om), filled in Arabic for Arab nationals, in English for non-Arabs, and signed by a local sponsor or an authorized signatory.
• Two photographs ( 6X4 ) cm.
• Copy of the foreigner's passport, valid for not less than 6 months.
• Copy of the signature specimen of the authorized signatories issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (for applications made by local sponsors).
• Copy of valid commercial registration and copy of membership card of Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (for applications made by local sponsors).
• Covering letter signed and stamped by the sponsor stating the purpose of the visit.

Visas listed in no 1 can be obtained at an entry port, or through an Omani mission abroad in coordination with the Competent authority.
