  2. Driving licence application form.
  3. Copy and original of the residence card.
  4. Copy and original of the existing licence.
  5. Blood group certificate.
  6. A lapse of a complete one year since the licence was issued.
  7. Valid licence.
  8. Issued in a country eligible for exchange.
