Apply for Dhofar Khareef 2026 special vehicle plates online. Available to citizens, residents, Companies. Customize your plate sizes (front/rear) and choose your preferred collection center with ease.

  1. The vehicle and the owner's record must be free of any outstanding violations.
  2. The vehicle registration must be valid for at least 30 days.
  3. There must be no other expired vehicle registrations in the owner's record.
  4. The commemorative plate is valid from the beginning of June until December 31, 2026.
  5. The use of the commemorative plate is strictly prohibited after December 31, 2026.

First: Web Procedures

1. Applicant Information:

The beneficiary must fill in the basic information fields, including: (Mobile Number, Email, and Civil ID).

2. Vehicle Details:

  • Identify ID Type: Navigate to the "Vehicle Details" section and select the "ID Type" (e.g., Commercial Registration).
  • Enter Current Plate Details: Select the "Plate Code" from the dropdown menu, then enter the "Plate Number" in the designated field.

3. Plate Customization & Collection Information:

  • Front Plate Size: Select the appropriate size (Long, Medium).
  • Rear Plate Size: Select the appropriate size (Long, Medium).
  • Collection Site: Navigate to the "Collection Information" section and choose the nearest "Collection Site" from the available list.
