The service allows inquiring and paying local or Gulf traffic violations and municipal violations registered to citizens, residents, organizations and companies. The service also allows downloading the violations’ report through an advanced search by service category and time period, as well as allowing the beneficiary to view e-payment history.

  1. The beneficiary has to verify the entered data before inquiring about violations.
  2. The beneficiary can inquire about violations registered on a specific vehicle, provided that the owner's data matches the vehicle's data.
  3. The beneficiary when inquiring about violations of a person, organization or company, the ID type has to be specified before entering ID number.
  4. The beneficiary can inquire about violations registered on a vehicle owned by heirs using an institution number for the heirs issued by DG of Traffic.
  5. This service shows only 100 violations at a time, and if there are more than 100 violations, a note will be shown. In order to pay (terminate) these violations, this service must be used again.
  6. The service does not show serious violations as they require the presence to police stations, such as (passing the red traffic light), and can be viewed by downloading the violations report in the service.

Personal violations inquiry

  • Inquiring about specific vehicle’s violations
  1. The beneficiary has to select (View Fines of Particular Vehicle), then enter the vehicle characters (Plate Code and Number).
  2. The beneficiary has to select (Offense Enquiry for Personal), then select the ID type (Civil Number, Driver’s License Number or Visa Number). Enter ID number then press the inquire button.
  • Inquiring about all violations
  1. The beneficiary has to select (View Fines for All Vehicles).
  2. The beneficiary has to select (Offense Enquiry for Personal), then select the ID type (Civil Number, Driver’s License Number or Visa Number). Enter ID number then press the inquire button.

Governmental institutions violations inquiry:

  • Inquiring about all violations
  1. The beneficiary has to select (View Fines for All Vehicles).
  2. 2- The beneficiary has to select (Offense Enquiry for Company/ Organization), then select CRN type (CR number). Enter the number then press the inquire button.

Commercial institutions violations inquiry:

  • Inquiring about specific vehicle’s violations

Violations payment procedures

  1. After violations’ inquiry, the beneficiary has to press (Select All), or specify the violations to be paid, then press (Proceed to Payment Gateway), and go to the e-payment portal.
  2. Receiving the service receipt after completing payment process via service page, e-mail or text messages.

Downloading violations’ report

  1. After violations’ inquiry, the beneficiary has to press (Download Report).
  2. After moving to the advanced search page, the beneficiary has to specify the violation’s type, its status and the time period. Then press (Search).
  3. After displaying search results, the beneficiary can print the report directly by pressing (click here to print the report), or download it as e-document by pressing (click here to download the report in Excel format).

View previous payment transactions

  1. After violations’ inquiry, the beneficiary has to press (View Online Payment History).
  2. After moving to the advanced search page, the beneficiary can search about details of a specific e-payment transaction according to reference number of payment process or time period, then press (Search).
  3. After displaying search results, the beneficiary can print the payment operations’ report by pressing (print details).
