Age estimation certificate for the first time for obtaining an ID card/passport.

An applicant wishing to obtain an ID card or a passport for the first time, and doesn't have a birth certificate, should visit a civil status directorate / section and fill an age estimation form to submit it to the Ministry of Health.

  • Applicant must appear in person.
  • Fill a form of age estimation certificate for the first time.

  • The applicant fills in the age estimation application form.
  • The form must be signed by the sheikh and wali of the district.
  • The applicant submits the approved form to the Ministry of health to produce the age estimation certificate.
