Updating Data for Individuals with Children Under 18

This electronic service allows a guardian (father) to update his contact details, electricity account number, and phone numbers of children under 18 directly through the Royal Oman Police app or official website. This facilitates updating the current address in the civil status system.

  • The individual must have a valid civil record, whether citizen or resident.
  • The applicant must not have a criminal record.
  • Data can be updated only once per month.
  • In the case of updating a child's data, only the father is authorized to carry out the update process.
  1. Access the data update page via the website.
  2. Fill in required fields such as:
    • Electricity account number
    • Mobile phone number
    • Landline number
    • Email address
  3. Click “Submit” and enter the OTP sent to the registered number.
  4. If the email is updated, a confirmation link will be sent to the new email.
