The service allows the employer to apply for renewing civil status cards for his resident workers, and the service allows the application to be submitted for several people at the same time, as well as reviewing previous transactions.

  1. General conditions:

    • Activate the e-authentication (PKI).
    • Applicant’s civil status card has to be valid.
    • Applicant has to be present inside the Sultanate of Oman.
    • Applications have to be submitted prior to applicant’s ID expiration date.

  2. Submitting new resident card application:

    • The applicant has to be Omani.
    • The applicant has to be the employer or his representative.
    • The applicant has to complete passport stamping procedures.

  3. Submitting renew ID card application:

    • Application should be submitted by the beneficiary of requested service.

Issuing resident card:

  • The presence of the applicant at the service centers along with original ID card and e-application number.

  • Submitting an application to issue a new or renew resident card:

    • The employer login to the service through (PKI).
    • Fill all required data fields of the applicant and send the request.
    • The service verifies the data of the applicant and the beneficiary, and the relationship between them.

  • Payment procedures:

    • Proceed with payment of service fees through e-payment portal.
    • Receive the service receipt after the payment is completed.

  • Reviewing previous transactions:

    • Click (previous transactions).
    • Search through the advanced search, according to application submission date, e-application number or civil number..

  • Issuing civil status card:

    • The presence of the applicant at the service center along with original ID card and e-application number.
    • Complete issuance procedures.
