An electronic service that allows beneficiaries to obtain a new driving license (for the first time) and collect it via self-service kiosks in commercial centers or police service centers.

  • Passing the final driving test.
  • Possessing a valid eye test result.
  • Access the Royal Oman Police mobile application.
  • Select “Documents” from the main menu.
  • Go to the “Driving Licenses” section.
  • Tap the options button (+) at the bottom of the screen.
  • Select “Issue New Driving License.”
  • Pay the required fees electronically via the app.
  • After completion, the license can be obtained digitally through the app or printed from self-service kiosks or authorized police centers.
  • 10 Omani Rials Additional fines may apply if the applicant has recorded violations.
